Yeeouch #5

5th bone marrow biopsy. Not so bad but still a pain in the hip. The first one was gnarly, I could feel the turns of the lil extractor thing. The third one was a pain fest and knocked me out for a week. This one not so bad, but as the local numbing stuff wears off, I get the "ohh this is going to be a stiff and sore afternoon" feeling.

Knocked out a monter bike ride yesterday - windy and got cold on me, I finished and that was the goal, no walking up hills, no quitting and I made it up that last hill home (short but punchy), that put me in a great mental state going into this mornings adventure. As most of us know a good hard work out can put you in such a good place, and I am there. Here is a tip of the hat to good places.

Wow - the wind is really getting after it today. My best guess are gusts up to 30 plus and the feeling that I am going to get blown off the bike at mother natures first chance, after about 5 miles it was time to turn it around and put the bike away, never been blown off the bike before and I am not about to start now.

I keep getting those "offers" even with the spam guard supposedly max'ed out. I reply to them stating that I need them to send money to make it all happen on this end and I have heard nothing back, it is shame really. Why? As I could have fun playing them as the they have played so many others. Ah well if I ever do get a reply I will post it for entertainment and fun.
