Nice little ride saw the Vitamin Cottage dude again and had a nice day away from the hill, where I hear we got gapped on our hill space - I will try to figure the time and stuff out at a later time, I need a shower and a nice dinner, then off to the TV for some mind numbing vacuous entertainment.

To one and all have a safe night and stay sober no tickets tonight kids.

50X17 pushed it for 3x15 minutes of tempo work on the trainer. The legs are starting to come back nicely.

Bad news the stinger is back - in my back - way more random than last time, I thought that I dropped all that baggage, bad food, extensive travel, not taking care of myself. Gotta go back the to the drawing board. Crap.

Me and Vitamin Cottage

Finally had decent day one the bike OUTSIDE on the roads!

Riding around I ran into a gent from VC - going the other way around southeast Denver, we ran past each other twice and had a nice conversation about where to ride around to be protected from the heavy winds today. Man that was a fun ride and thanks to mother nature for the nice sunny day! Yes that means I am on the bike and I coming aiming for the Koppenberg as the first road race of the season. I figured why pick an easy one.

While waiting for zee car I got in a spin, something was off - ME - took about a half hour for me spin to return to normal, amazing how you can lose that and find it. Kept HR below 120 and went past my hour limit by 30 minutes. What can I say it felt good.

WTF. Battery nob things one of them is corroded new battery time - when it rains it pours - I need a break here - I hope that is related to the check engine light. Ohh they shafted me good on a paper ticket. Who gets a paper ticket? Me that's who. 7 phone calls later and a whole mess of complaining and what did I get? Bounced back emails, no reply's and one nice lady who tried to make it all better and who thank for being a stand up person and getting my 10 dollars back for a ticket that I never ordered, asked for or wanted.
