One more year

Things have passed and come and gone. A birthday is on the horizon and as usual it will go by as barely celebrated. Which is what is preferrable to anything else.

Also I am making some changes. My new quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am. Nothing personal, just a consession to ageism. Quiet nights induce a restful sleep. Trying to work through bouts of major insomnia will make you do things way different, just to get some rest and sleep. You know how that is right?

Also changing some other things besides painting and doing some home improvements.

Gotta get some rest as it is now getting late. Time of the bike 2 weeks, I can feel my fitness draining out of my ass and into the couch, I should now have a super fit couch.

And what is a double brick? Some NBA term I am not familiar with? Can't you only throw up one brick at a time? Ah wasted brain power on that one. Can I tell you boomerang is still a funny movie. Man he got turned out!

Good luck at Moab people, good luck, did it last year and while I am sad that I will not be there this year, the thought of a 24 hour event makes my blood run cold.
