Okay there was a rant saved with 10 things but for the sake of expediency and clarity I'll cap this one to 2.

Okay buy clothes that fit - i cannot see one more ass hanging out or one more "baby" doll shirt 2 sizes too small. I am not setting the word on fire in terms of fashion or looks but at least I dress well and those items do indeed fit. Guys and gals if I can see a puff of drawers double rolled over the top of the jeans - well that aint even right.

Heavy shoes - those ultra high tech ultralight shoes concern me greatly. Why? Well they are supposed to be ultra light but they way people drag their feet those things must be at least 2o pounds a shoe! No really how is your back, those shoes must be kiling you? If picking up one foot then the other one hurts so bad I can understand. But there has to be something else there, I mean if they were that heavy and onerous you would change them right? Get new shoes and ask for a refund for the old ones, simple " excuse me these are a bit to heavy and i drag my feet can I get a new pair please" try it. I am here to help. Next week how to walk without dragging your feet and a lesson on walking softly.

Ha - 104 temp -signed sealed and delivered last week. That race got guttered. Now picking up the momentum again. But I keep doing weird spikes with my temp. 101 plus 100 randomly. Like last night around 10ish the road went up and I went backwards 101. 2 hours later - gone like totally normal. Frustration.

So I am using a station machine. Down and out right now as I have no immune system - below.5 which is like dead or something (mellow drama) no visitors and the damn wireless internet in this place is teets up so I can't even watch proper cycle racing - at least if I had that I have the outside world with out it, these are some hard assed days and nights. Seriously I am going to slap the shit out the goober that strung this thing it worked a week ago and now nothing and not even a return call?
